TEACHING EXPERIENCE
** 7 years teaching English & Geography in a secondary school in Singapore. I was the Subject Coordinator for the Geography Department.
Trained & experienced in conducting Oral Examinations in English for General Cambridge Certificate (GCE "O" Levels) & trained & experienced to create test & exam papers for English & Geography.
Trained and licensed to conduct TELC - The European Language Certificates Oral Examinations. (English A2 B1 B2)
** 1 year stint teaching General English & Business English (for Engineers) in two Schools for Foreign Languages in Zagreb, Croatia.
** 4 years teaching English as a Foreign Language in a Language School in Karlsruhe, Germany.
I had created a special programme for Advanced Learners, called Muggles & Co. using the first Harry Potter book as a launch pad to various discussions, creative writing, word games, role playing, character mapping etc.
